Shipping Policy: We will ship most orders within 72 hours of receipt. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped. All orders going to the Canada are shipped via UPS ground. Please no P.O. Box numbers!

Import Fees & Tax: Sales tax and brokerage fees will be collected at the time of delivery. These charges vary according to your location and may be a significant amount.

Shipping Charges: Septic Seep is heavier than water. A gallon of Septic Seep with packaging weighs about 12 pounds. UPS raises it's rates annually and continues to assess extra charges for residential delivery as well as a fuel surcharge. We are trying our best to keep our shipping and handling charges down under these difficult circumstances. We appreciate your concern over the high cost of shipping.
